Management Redefined - Its more of a Funagement!

Why is there so much hype about being able to manage things(tasks,money,time, people, stress, risk ......)?Why are people nagging so much about MBA and management courses?Is managing such a hectic thing to do that we see managers with their hands on their heads complaining all the time that its so difficult to manage?
Aren't we all managers right from the day we were born? Everyone of us will be managing something everyday, and each one of us do it equally good, then what's all this fuss about?Are the MBA graduates or the CEO's and managers of some multinationals only people good at managing things? I don't think so; rather I would say they are worse. Management is difficult as long as you take it as management.We will be best able to manage things when we are able to take them as fun rather than a task to be managed. I generally believe in 'Happy go Lucky' approach in any aspect but this can be no more true than in management. Be it Risk management of your business or stress management or time management(I am still not sure how on earth can people manage time?May be people named it wrongly or people are still not aware of the fact that time is the phenomenon which manages everything else and not that things(including human) manage time) everything is fun and very easy as soon as you start taking it as a fun.We won't be able to manage until and unless we win over things and take them more as a fun rather than anything else. Here in this blog I am trying to explore, learn myself and share the fun part of management. According to me its not even management its funagement because its not the man but the fun part that decides how well you are able to accomplish things and that's what everyone of us want to do at the end of the day.
